It’s How to Establish
a Winning Game Plan

You already have a marketing plan. It may not be in writing, but you have one. Unfortunately, unless it is in writing and other members of your team have signed on, different people may be following different marketing plans. As you can imagine, that can’t be productive.

Formalizing a plan in writing puts everyone on the same page. It also reveals any shortfalls or missed opportunities.

With as little as a two-hour input session, Hercky Pasqua Herman will prepare a marketing plan outline for your review. Once you approve the basic outline, a full plan can be written and shared among all team members, specifying marketing goals and objectives how they are to be achieved and the role each player is meant to achieve.

Remember, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
